Terms and Conditions for Piigoo

Welcome to Piigoo. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Piigoo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using Piigoo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. About Piigoo

Piigoo is a food ordering and delivery platform that connects customers with restaurants and delivery partners in Mauritania.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

By using Piigoo, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Keep your account information up to date.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Accept responsibility for activities conducted through your account.

Piigoo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Orders and Deliveries

When you place an order through Piigoo:

  • You agree to provide accurate delivery information.

  • Restaurants are responsible for preparing ordered items.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, restaurant delays, or other circumstances.

  • Piigoo does not guarantee exact delivery times.

Orders may be canceled in accordance with applicable restaurant and Piigoo policies.

5. Pricing and Payments

Prices displayed in the application are provided by participating restaurants.

Piigoo currently supports:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

All applicable delivery fees, service fees, and taxes (if any) will be displayed before order confirmation.

Piigoo reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders if necessary.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes.

  • Provide false or misleading information.

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

  • Abuse, threaten, or harass restaurant staff, delivery personnel, or customer support representatives.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of access.

7. Restaurant Responsibility

Restaurants listed on Piigoo are independently operated businesses.

Restaurants are solely responsible for:

  • Food preparation

  • Food quality

  • Ingredient information

  • Menu accuracy

  • Compliance with applicable food safety regulations

Piigoo acts as a technology platform facilitating orders and deliveries.

8. Location Services

Piigoo may request access to your device location to:

  • Improve delivery accuracy.

  • Display nearby restaurants.

  • Facilitate order tracking.

You may disable location permissions through your device settings, although some features may become unavailable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials associated with Piigoo are owned by Piigoo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Piigoo shall not be liable for:

  • Delays in delivery.

  • Restaurant errors or omissions.

  • Temporary service interruptions.

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Privacy

Your use of Piigoo is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at:

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

12. Service Availability

Piigoo may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

Piigoo may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted within the application and/or on our website. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mauritania.
